On September 16, 2020, Peninsula Canada won the HRD Readers’ Choice Award for Best Service Provider at the 7th annual Canadian HR awards. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was held virtually. It was attended by over a 1,000 attendees from across the world.
The Canadian HR Awards recognize excellence in the field of human resources. They are presented by Human Resources Director Canada and supported by Canadian HR Reporter, which are leading publications in the field of HR management advice and industry news.
Peninsula Canada received the HRD Readers’ Choice Award for Best Service Provider in the silver category. The award acknowledges Peninsula’s contributions and proven track record for providing its customers with superior HR service, solutions and support.
With over 200 employees, over 3,500 clients and operations in three provinces since it was established in Canada in 2017, Peninsula has shown remarkable growth and success in just three years.

We started our company 37 years ago [in the UK] to help small businesses. Three years ago we expanded to Canada to assist and aid small businesses to grow and achieve success.
There is no doubt that this year has proved to be a challenging one to say the least. We’re grateful that we’ve been able to continue supporting small businesses throughout the pandemic. We’ve seen that human resources and health and safety are more important now than ever before.
